Statutory Framework for the EYfS
Hi i am having trouble in writing how this is implemented in my setting which is a childminding setting

Your policies with procedures on what you do in your childminding setting should have you half way there.

Add onto your policies where each policy meets the Statutory Framework in the welfare requirements / Eyfs cards - where you can also include other legislations

Under the Health and safety at work act 1974 all employees have a responsibility for the health and safety of everyone else. In my school we have a poster which is displayed in the setting outlining responsibilities. Health and safety policy is also available to parents, which outlines the main objectives, these objectives are put into practice in everyday running of the school. In my school all staff are aware of health and safety and are constantly assessing the area that they are working in or the activity they are carrying out, there are also other policies in place covering food and drink, arrival and departure, non collection of children, educational visits, administrating medicines, missing children, safeguarding and fire procedure.
These policies give a clear outline to what procedures are in place and how they are followed.
The school also works alongside the EYFS framework which considers all aspects of children’s welfare including safeguarding, suitable persons, suitable premises and equipment. Many products which are used everyday carry the British Standards Institutions kitemark, this means that they have been tested and comply with the relevant standard of safety. It is very important to make sure all the staff members working in school are always kept up-to-date with the policies and procedures to create a safe, happy and secure environment for the children to learn and play in.
All the staff and children are aware of the assembly point if there is a fire drill. Fire drill practise takes place every two months, this way children are more aware of where to go even if a staff does not assist them, children are fully aware that they should not take anything with them when the fire drill takes place.
