407 is support and evaluate the curriculum for childrens learning.
Which is quite interesting, but lots of relflection, and as we are on hols at moment i cant get at our planning, so im doing the bits i can, with out needing the actual plans!

Hi there. WELL DONE for completing the course. I started mine in April and am getting really demoralised with it. It seems that my assessor isn't interested in written work, she is only interested in coming out to observe - I got told off for writing too much. Am really bogged down with 403, theorists and all that

403 seems a huge unit, ive been told to write 2 performance evidence records and 1 assignment and another per as well, ive been told dont need to write too much but get my point over, well im having a bit of trouble keeping my writing limited, hope its going to be ok. Hope you are not getting too bogged down, i find i can do so much then need to go and leave it, and come back to it later, my mind just shuts off otherwise.

hi i started my nvq 4 in april am really struggling like you was led to believe it was maily obs based and as yet have just written loads and loads nad not had one observation. is a lot harder than i imagined would be .. sara
