No Invoice ?
Your email invoice contains all the order details and a link to the customer account login area of Silkysteps.

1. If your email invoice hasn't arrived - please check your junk folder to see if it's been accidently filtered.
2. Your email address may of been entered incorrectly when you placed and paid for your order.
These 2 points will not stop you from being able to login into your account area and download your purchase.
It will stop us being able to check up that you have recieved your goods ok - something we need to do in order to pick up on any problems, errors and confusion.
Please get in touch by sending us an email and we will update your account information and forward a second copy of your purchase invoice.
