My eBooks won't open - Unable to decrypt this file ..
All our Downloadable eBooks are Zipped PDF's.
 This means that to open and view them, you must have a PDF reader like Adobe acrobat Version 5 or above.

To 'Unzip' or decompress the zipped eBook you will need winzip or another program installed on your computer.

BUT if you have windows XP on your computer you shouldn't need to do anything as it will unzip the files automatically - just double click your file and it will open automatically.
