Woolly Playdough Activity
Activity materials:
Sheep outlines - Dough - Wool - Scissors
If possible laminate the base body and head so that the oils in the dough don't stain the paper.
Make your dough swirls by following these steps.
You'll find all the children have their own way of making curls, swirls, snails or rounds .. encourage and watch how they do them .. email us with any ideas that would improve this page..
Adding your Sheep's Wool
Using Child friendly scissors cut short lengths of wool and gather / roll them into knotty type balls before pushing it into the dough swirls.
Repeat until the sheep is as woolly as wanted !!
Finished Sheep - Take a photo and maybe ask the child if they have a short story you can add.
