 ADVERTISE YOUR SITE and promote content via a screenshot on Silkysteps - NB: there is no fee for this service.
All you need to do is send an email to: Plugboard@silkysteps.com and include the following details:
 Website URL - please include your websites URL / web address / domain when submitting a Plug.
a description - include a max of 10 words about your website that we can use as Alt text on the image screenshot.
Send us the email ..

Screenshot - We'll then stop by and take a screenshot of your front page & upload it to the Plug Board.
How it works
Silkysteps Plugboard works by rotating submissions - as a new site is submitted the last one 'falls off.
There will only ever be a maximum of 60 Websites on display at any one time.
When your Site plug has 'fallen off of the board you are free to re-submit the details again.
The Plug Board is new so reaching 60 will take a little while ...
Check to see where your website is on the page by pressing you keyboards CTRL & F buttons .. type in your website name & click find.
If it's still on the board you should find it immediately if not .. re-submit your details !!
The date has been added to each Plug's Alt text - Please use this as a way of assessing how quickly the board is moving & when your plug may fall off.
Variety ! we accept a whole range of submissions from sites trading online - please don't be put off by our focus of Early Years, many visitors pass through who may find your business just what they are looking for !
T's & C's
Currently only accepting UK based business websites - but ANY Child / Adult hobby activity or information website.
Only Websites with friendly content will be accepted.
PLEASE do not submit details if you do not want a screenshot taken of the website's front page.

Submission is free to both the Link directory and this rotational Plug Board.
This board is replacing our Topsites list and depending on how successful / time consuming it is ... we may develop it further ...
The opportunity to 'rent a Sticky Plug position may be available at some point in the future.
EXPIRED LINKS - Please note that peridically we will check the links and screenshots on the Plugboard for a range of reasons involving - seo & Visitor convenience.
We greatly appreciate any time taken to let us know of planned downtime, permanent removal or of a new website address.
NB: Screenshots and links will only be removed once an initial contact email has been sent - status verified & or, no reply is recieved.
If a contact email is bounced back .. it will be considered conclusive to the website having been taken offline - all links to the website on Silkysteps will be removed.
You are welcome to reapply to join the Plugboard again at a time in the future.
