Collect your blackberries in plastic pots or containers that clean easily . Wear clothes that you don't mind becoming stained. Use gloves if you are worried about stains, prickles or bugs :-D Verge side picking - Try to pick the blackberries that grow above adult knee height. Soak the berries for about 30 minutes before using in cooking recipes or eating.
