These recipes are the most simple we have found.
They incorporate basic everyday ingredients and have published ones that can be used by a variety of sufferer ~ however as with all matters 'allergy' please check with your children's parents & carers beforehand.
Vegetarian
1/2 cup softened butter.
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup. Plain flour
2 1/3 cups Oatmeal
· Mix the sugar & butter together
· Add the egg
· Mix in all the other ingredients.
· Form a dough
· Sprinkle flour over a surface and 'pat flat.
· Use a star shaped cutter to make your cookies.
· Sprinkle some chocolate chips on the surface
· OR
· Mix up some yellow icing to decorate the biscuits on cooled.
· Bake - 350f ~ 180c ~ Gas 3 .. for 10 mins
